As the long-time director of the international human rights film festival One World, Ondřej brings deep knowledge of the film industry and distribution landscape.

After years of working in different parts of the film world, we decided to combine our experience and establish Wilde Production — a space for both independent creative work and client-based projects, ranging from intimate visual pieces to larger productions and campaigns.

We founded Wilde to work freely, professionally, and in a way that makes sense to us. Our strength lies in visual storytelling, sound, and atmosphere, as well as in finding creative, practical solutions across different types of projects, clients, and budgets. Whether it’s an author-driven film, a documentary, or commissioned work, we aim to deliver results we can stand behind.
